2 Big Guy 5+ STR ONLY

PostSun Mar 17, 2013 1:02 am

This was patched in right? A team can only have 2 5+ players on his roster (not counting skill ups) It was 2 Loner max changed to 2 5+ max. Teams are still playing with 3-4 5+ players. And these are new teams made recently.

Some input here please.

Hi It was patched back to the old loner rule due to community input. There were too many problems with the 2 +5 STR rule.
You don't greet death, you punch it repeatly in the throat as it drags you away. No Fear

Because Light colelge with 1 Death Roler + 2 Treemens + 1 Yethi is not a problem...

The only problem with the 5+ rules is for the gob Chain Ball...for which a special rule would have solve it.

So to be clear no max on 5+ players being taken on a team? So teams can double stack 4 big guys in a row, in front of endzones so you can't leap, or possibly get through without luck?

Yes, they can, there is no max.

If they do that, they put a LOT of TV into unreliable players standing around in their endzone. Just take out the rest of their players with your much better developed team at that TV and wait for the clock to run out. Either they come out and play or they lose.

Having four ST5+ players is no easy road to victory. Sure, if injury rolls go their way they're hard to beat, but that's a BIG if. You won't win reliably with four ST5+ players unless you're REALLY good and then you'd win with any team.

We try to play dungeons that dont allow this tactic with Stand firm. 5 squares wide is perfect. 2 is bad.
