Bug: Ball carrier warps out - ball goes into pit permanently

When the ball carrier warps out (a forced random warp-out after turn 16) and the ball scatters into a pit, it stays there. Neither theam can score any more without the ball.

This bug happens in the attached replay file, after turn 30 of the "Brutus and co" team.
