Are you experiencing game crashes on some maps (but not all)? Does the game crash when the gameplay is about to start or when some chest is opened?
The reason for the crashes is the Video setting "Pitch Details Level". If it's set to the left hand side, the game will crash on some maps. If it is set to the right hand side, the game will not crash this way.
You can test this with the Cyanide map "Time Square". Set "Pitch Details Level" to the left and play an Offline match on "Time Square". The game will crash before actual gameplay starts.
Other Cyanide maps this crash has been seen on include "Stonehenge" and "Swimming Pool".
