AVG False Positive

PostFri Jun 01, 2012 8:12 am

Would have posted this in the techinical forum, but it is locked?
My AVG scanner reckons the db.exe is infected with win32/heur.
This is a widely known false positive in games exes, I have informed AVG, but thought it might also be an idea if the developer/publisher company did the same thing.

Cheers

Wouldn't that be something you'd have to wait for AVG to fix? I used to use them, but they have a fair few false positives about games, so I shifted to Avast, and not had an issue since.
