I did not recieve my player key..

I bought and downloaded my game.It says i need a player key.I did not recieve mine.Has anyone else had this problem.

Did it really require 3 posts to ask the same question, when there was already several posts confirming that player key and activation key are the same? A quick search would have given you the answer.
