I have noticed that the team that goes 1st, their turn counter goes to - whilst the team going 2nd goes up a turn.
this for the most part wouldnt matter but due to cyanides sudden death forfeit rules the team that goes 2nd is actually the team to lose a player 1st as their turn counter is always one turn ahead.
so not only does a team go 2nd and be a turn behind they then start losing players before the team that went 1st
