A match became stuck when a ball carrier first selected Blitz, then teleported and then blocked while on the new teleportation pad. The block result was "defender down". Because blocking while on a pad currently (erroneously) causes the player to teleport, the ball carrier teleported again and was automatically injured (as happens when the same player teleports twice in the same turn). The injury result was "KO'd" and the ball carrier lost the ball.
The ball was left on the teleportation pad the ball carrier blocked on. The injured ball carrier jumped to another teleportation pad and the bell graphic was shown over him. At this point the game became stuck. The turn timer stopped and there was nothing either player could do to make the match progress. There was no dialog window showing for the coach whose turn it was.
I have attached the relevant logs. The bugged match is the third and last one in the log.
