Game stuck: ball carrier injured + shadowing + ball pick-up

Dungeonbowl became stuck when the following happened, all at almost the same time:
- Death Roller successfully Blitzed a ball-carrying Troll Slayer, pushed the body away and followed up.
- The Troll Slayer was injured and the opponent was asked about using the Apothecary. He answered No.
- The opponent had a Shadowing player next to the Death Roller and he was asked about using the skill. He answered No.
- The ball dropped where the Troll Slayer had stood. The Death Roller moved there. Now he should have rolled for pickup.
- The turn clock stopped and nothing could be done to resume play. Chat, viewing the teams, moving the camera and other UI elements worked normally but play couldn't continue.
- Finally one of the coaches had to abandon and thus forfeit the match, all winnings and the MVP and get a hit to their reliability. This is patently unfair.

I'm attaching a screenshot and the logs. In the screenshot, you can make out the outline of the ball inside the Death Roller Model. The highlighted player is the Shadowing one.

Cyanide, could you please code a system that detects when the turn clock stops for much too long, say two minutes or so, and automatically ends the turn or does some other nice clean-up work? This system would make the consequences of such logic fail states much lighter and would keep your customers much happier. For the price of one new piece of code you would cover many, many known and as of yet uncovered game logic problems. Thank you very much.
