Game stuck: multiple block on a teleport pad

A Treeman passed Take Root and used Multiple Block while standing on a teleport pad, next to two opposing players. He also successfully passed Precarious position and blocked the first opponent away (Pushed). The Treeman then teleported away without getting a chance to block the second opponent. At this point, the coach owning the Treeman could do nothing more.

The turn timer counted to zero and there was a Turnover. Then the game was stuck. The other coach's turn did not begin. The turn timer stayed at zero. The coaches eventually had to abandon the match. The logs and replay file are attached.
