Added two items: the ball landing on a teleportation pad and failing precarious position.

It's not necessary rules, some of this points are Bugs (or illiteracy), I think you have to make the difference.

some may be bugs but as cyanide cant even fix most the BB ones the DB ones have less chance therefore are secret rules of DB and are likely to remain for the remainder of this games life

My current thinking about this is that this list documents the differences to the public rules and the undocumented rule-related features of the game. The idea is that by reading the official rules and this list you will know how to maximise your chances of winning.

I don't care whether a feature is there on purpose or not. If it affects your play and thus your chances of winning, it goes on the list. This is not a bug list, this is a realistic list of what's there in the game. If a bug is fixed (a feature is removed), it goes off the list. Hope this helps.
