do any other BIG GUY start with general skill? answer is NO
That is why I wrote 'IF Death Rollers would start out with General Skills......'

point i made was that they are handicapped with a 1 in 6 roll the roller is not (you brought them up in the first place i didnt personally see them relevant, and do you need 3 dwarf blockers as a must and a RR for the roller? no... is there a risk a roller will kill your own team? no)
TrickyD wrote:And as I had pointed out that if you only move him when it is absolutely necessary Tentacles circumvents being really stupid. The only time Tentacles do not work is when you failed the really stupid roll.Coach Jester" wrote:beast of nergle btw has really stupid
and with a mino (who has wild animal) would need a double roll to get Tentacles (i think)
and any big guy with a double roll could get blockeven the death roller
So to simplify it: Beasts of Nergle (or anything else with Tentacles) are still usefull while not having been moved while a Roller who doesn't move is a waste of TV.
only so if they are set up in the right position to start with and dont know how they could be affective from there
TrickyD wrote:Coach Jester wrote:please dont look at this with the "1 eyed dwarf " approach ...Trust me I haven't, but I guess you must believe that I do since I disagree with ya, right?
no not so at all, from other posts i get the feeling you test your dungeons (great dungeons BTW) with elf team as well as human and dwarf... its ok to disagree thats cool... but when you ask that if a penalty on roller is ok only if they get more power then that to me leads to a more 1 eyed view
they have runners mv 6 ag 3 and blitzers mv 5 ag3 for the ball stuff and as we all know dwarfs just cage roll down the field and with 20 turns 1 score in DB the movement is not really a factorTrickyD wrote:Coach Jester wrote:though i think dwarfs are OP even without a roller i dont mind... but the roller on top of it all is a tad way over the topOnly if you completely ignore their complete lack of MV and AG.
as with the skeleton vs dwarf example b4 the dwarf has 1 less move but +2 av and an extra skill all for just 10k.. in other words +1 av and +1 skill is = to just 10k
