The third race of Amethyst College is the Minautors (0-2). And yes, they 'll have access to mutations, but only by level up on a double (so it's more limited than in Blood Bowl).

Minotaurs in the Chaos Dwarf and Chaos Pact teams have access to mutations only on a double. It is only the Minotaur in the Chaos team which has access to mutations as a standard skill. So, fluff-wise, it makes as much sense to have the Minotaurs in Dungeon Bowl which aren't part of the Chaos "race" without easy access to mutations, as it does to allow it. I can't see anything wrong with the rules choice that Cyanide have made here.

Amber was the main college I wanted to play, but you'll have no more money out of me. It's not even fun to play a new race that you've been waiting for, because everyone else is playing them out of boredom. The DLC model had as much to do with criplling this game as did the poorly implemented rules changes and lack of single-player format.
