How does one create their teams for hotseat and LAN play? Or are we stuck with the 3 default teams only (one per College)?

Yep, in LAN or in Hotseat you cannot customize your team. So you only have access to the premade teams of the 3 colleges.

So, these 2 modes have no interest !!! Only 3 teams with a quite strange and not efficient roster... I don't want to play with that !!!

Are there plans to allow us to export teams and use them in LAN?

This is disappointing, as based on previous feedback (viewtopic.php?f=9&t=53&start=20#p468) there would be support for external league systems played via LAN.

Is this functionality that you can add in a future release, or are we stuck with online as the only option?

That's something that we might look into once we have fixed more important issues.

Can't say fairer than that - there are *plenty* of more important issues.

It *does* need to be on the list though.
