Where are the video options?

I loaded a copy of the game on my other computer (other than the usual false positive from the anti-virus software, which I had to turn off), I found that there was no option to change the video settings (at least I couldn't see any). The monitor on my other computer isn't widescreen and only showed part of the screen. Is there a way to change it? Couldn't see a way in the load screen, and couldn't see anything to click on in-game (but as I couldn't see the whole screen, might be there but can't see it).

Ok, had a look on my primary computer again (didn't remember seeing an option button before) and did see it at the bottom of the screen.
Problem is that since it's at the bottom, it's cut off on my other computer, so can't click on it. Is there anything I can do?
Would like to be able to play LAN games, not just online or hotseat.

You can change the resolution by manually editing the file Config.xml in the folder <My Documents>\DungeonBowl\, at the beginning of the file:
Code: Select all
        <Video>
            <Resolution>(1024,768)</Resolution>
            <Depth>32</Depth>
            <Frequency>75</Frequency>
            <Adapter>0</Adapter>
            <Fullscreen>0</Fullscreen>
            <Shaders>2</Shaders>
        </Video>

Edit the Resolution field with the desired resolution.

OK, found the file and tried to edit it, but can't. The numerical values are in bold black (which is different from the text) and can't be changed for some reason. The screen resolution is set at a very weird number (853,683).
Not sure how to edit the resolution, the curser doens't work (can't delete with backspace), highlighting doesn't work as there is no cut option available (only copy).

Open it in Notepad, not Internet Explorer.

Right, never thought about that. Thanks, that worked.

Problem is that the cursor doesn't work in the game. I can move the mouse around, but the cursor doesn't move (it does move as buttons will light up and clicking will work, but can't see any movement). Any way to get the cursor to move in the game so it can be seen?

Sounds like your graphics card is not happy with the game. What's the make and model and have you installed the latest drivers for it?

Downloaded the newest drivers, but cursor still not moving, so something else is wrong.
