Does anything get healed around here?

I've got;

3 Broken Necks
1 Gouged Eye
1 Smashed Ankle
1 Smashed Knee

Seriously, nearly a third of my team have some form of mutilation handycapping them...a few have 'Miss Next Game', which is fine, as long as they recover.

My Runner can't and my Blocker is made of glass, one more hit on him and I'm considering strapping him to the front of my Roller to get some paraplegic punches in.

I thought injuries were supposed to get healed? or at least give us the option of taking them off the team until they recover.

If these are permanent then I'm going to have to fire nearly 6 of my ranked up players to field a team that has a chance. At the moment I go into a match and my oppenents get 200-500k+ of Star Players, Healers, Extra Rolls. If that's going to happen then injuries should be taken into consideration when adding up the TV? no?

Could someone please explain to me if these players are screwed or if they will heal? Thanks

Injuries never get healed in BB.

Yet an Apothecary can be called in on the field to try and heal an injury, or make it worse/better? If I get that right.

So...no Apothecary to try and fix it and you just have to live with it.

Apothecary's can attempt to the heal the injury when it first happens, but otherwise you're stuck with it as dode says.

Not all injuries are career enders though. -AV and niggling injuries aren't so bad, and I'd not immediately sack a -MA or -AG player (unless they were intended to carry the ball). -ST is the worst I think, esp. in dungeon bowl where you're unlikely to get as many assists for blocks.
