Preorder issues...

I pre-ordered the game on May 24. I still have not gotten the download link in my email. I contacted support with no response. Any other way(s) to get this resolved??

Silly question, but have you checked your spam folder or junk mail if you have one?. I can't check mine on my phone so I have to use my PC to look in there.

Did that as well, have gotten no response other than the automatic "Thanks for asking and we will get back with you."

Other than wait, anything else I can do??

Guess what! I finally got a response... I was told my link will be mailed to me on June 8 . I pre-ordered on May 24 so I can play on Jun 1. Now I have to wait?? Not really happy about that.

June 11 and still no download link! I made one last request with customer service. Needless to say, I am frustrated!

Your player key is your activation key. There is only one key that is used for both.
