Why you do not want my money?

So, been trying for two days to send you those damn 6 euros needed to get the validation code for the expansion.

To be honest the time i have spent trying to do this already largely surpasses the 6 euros value.

I count 13 emails from your client support center, mostly auto-generated or repeating themselves.

Did everything that was asked to no avail.

Briefly my situation:

1. I am italian
2. I am in russia
3. I have two italian credit cards that your system do not accept (though it accepted them when i did download the game from italy)
4. i even asked a russian colleague of mine to lend me his credit card. It was at first accepted and then your service contacted me saying that no way it was possible for an italian to have a russian credit card. So the order was cancelled

Its probably the first time i am refused to spend my money.

Is it a religious fact? A political one?

Well the exact same thing just happened to me. I tried the credit card i used to buy the original game. I then tried another credit card. Said their security has shut down the transaction. WTF. By the way I am in the USA. I have lived in the USA my whole life. I'm not quite sure why they would have such strict security in order to TAKE money. I can understand if they were paying us.... But, this is a french company and it could be political issue with just about anyone. Lol

Seems like a good strategy for making sure, that the company earns as little money as possible...

And now another person in my dungeonbowl league is blocked from purchasing the DLC just like me. Over 24 hours and no reply from either cyanide or their payment company.

I tried to buy the game again today. This time my payment was accepted. I was very excited and downloaded the file right away. Then when i went to play the game it asked for validation code before i could play. Went back to my e-mail and they say that my validation is pending. SERIOUSLY???!! You took my game hostage cant even play the regular version while i wait for you to make sure my $6 gets through. I buy crap on the internet all the time... why is this the only company that makes it so hard to buy something?? Seriously, its like trying to get something done in a socialist bureaucracy. Maybe someday ill be able to play.

bizarre, when I bought the game on the final page confirming payment it had the 2 codes needed to validate the 2 teams. these codes were also in the email I received straight away

It also took a while for me to get the validation keys for the DLC. It did arrive, eventually. It's certainly not a terribly customer-friendly procedure. In the meantime, you can still play with the basic version of the game. Just skip the activation steps for the two new teams.

there are 2 codes on your payment confirmation page, these are the codes you need. no need to wait for an email (actually says one of the codes is multiplayer code for some reason)

There are no codes in my e-mail. It actually says that the transaction is pending and will have the codes when it is validated. "few hours" is now 5 hours and counting. I am betting it comes back with a cancelation. It would be my luck. These guys are pretty bad business people.

well not counting the email (which they duplicated them in) but the codes were on the shop confirmation of payment page for me, didnt even look at my emails until a few hours after validating my install
